Vegetables are very important even if you eat meat. The people here in Germany and other countries just eat way too much meat and they don't want to pay much. Of course the quality of the meat suck and the animals have a cruel live because of factory farming. I think the quality of the meat is much better in Croatia then in Germany. Fish and chicken sounds good, i did the same at first. Beef is not so bad too because it has a lot of iron. Fat is just very unhealthy because all the contaminants and garbage is being stored in the fat cells.

If you eat meat the body gets too much acid and this is called overacidification. And some scientist found out that this is a reason for rheumatism and other diseases. That is why you should eat lots of vegetable beside meat to decrease the overacidification.
