The funny thing about all this, all this time admins wanted video of my game time, what i see you're seeing Fraps "SEES" everything and records what that individual is seeing during his/her game time but as you read the text in the 2nd one, its not about the videos anymore.  Flick i'm not here to ruin the game, people like myself, jazzy and others are here just to have fun, we don't go an fly all the time, Russ has been doing alot of flying lately and he's able to get me, i'm thinking that its a challenge for him and i don't see him complaining.  Say what you want to say, like i told Mr. P and Tuia, what will these videos do after i post them upon request, they'll just like to point or blame something else.  Always afraid of the unexplainable.  Look at the 2nd post of my thread - don't need to say anymore.  Tuia these are your admins - re-quote some of your admins

So basically anyone that beats you in a dogfight falls into this area of yours.  Fair Fight?  lately our encounters involves you and FoTs which is fun, i don't cry complain or whine about it i love it.  Icebags you beat me in air i beat you in air, should i yell "ICEBAGS IS A CHEATER HE BEATS ME IN THE AIR?" The map on toruk, everyone else left the base yet i stayed, but as i sit in one area defending and just happen to turn to see you, you die, so we're all cheaters then, by summoning this all up, anyone that beats Icebags is a cheater.  Anyone that use little part of their brains to stay and just defend that base and keep an eye ALL around then they are cheaters? Some of the admins play just like that Icebags, they will protect part of a map so are they cheaters?

you do this on a regular case? how well "techincal" minded are you?  Icebags i don't kill you every map all the time, you kill me your share fair of the game.

FoTs, you stated once in the server about the degree of player on a server.  I like the air, i love to fly, there are alot of players out there that are ALOT better then i.  Yet i don't go in the air alot, some of the maps that are straight inf, like the battle of budge, the score i had, simple camping bots on a spawn point on a hill where i had high advantage, but there are times where i just sit like with a sniper rifle or engineer pack and camp a certain area.  There will be a time FoTs i will get back onto teamspeak, but you remember the last time i was on the response i got, the welcome i got, i care not to be in there if i don't have too.

As for you icebags, could careless what you think or what "proof" you think you know, you keep stating that YOU KNOW, my question hasn't changed, HOW DO YOU KNOW?  that kind of sounds like you have something that is helping you out yourself if YOU KNOW according to you 1000000%  this is my last response to this post.  Funny how i just posted to Jazzy and Twig just be patient the admins have alot on their plate and they will get to their appeal.  Didn't make or point out anything or about anyone, but you had to drag me into it.

and as for you FoTs - hats off for apologize on the forum - I apologize to you for the things i've said in the forums and in the gaming server, i know you are doing what you think is in the best for that server - i too wouldn't want the job..... keep up the good work

Jazzy and Twigs, just re-frame from the name calling - Tuia does look at these "videos" and i'm thinking (correct me if i'm wrong) has final say in everything.  Trust his judgement.  It took awhile for my ban appeal because of the same "reason" and no matter what some of them think or the comment they posted after i started to post some of my game time.  Let them do their job and just wait it out, it wont do you any good to start an arguement in the forums.

  Not to start a name calling debate, but you were by the axis side outpost building on stone bridge.  If i remember you got 2 kills, that is when i bombed you, "far enough?" a wespe inside axis base is fair game if he/she is using a sniper to scope in on a base.  I was told only that item/weapon is only target in that case, if i attacked another item along the way then yes i would be in violation of the no attacking uncapable bases.  So yes there needs to be a clarification of rules on this cause I'm confused(which isn't surprising).

Here you go, assumption of someone's guilt or attitude just because some of us do not want to be on teamspeak.  I sent Tuia a length Private message: in this message i stated what good will this video that Winston want do?  Once its made and posted will the finger pointing stop? the accusations? or will they continue?  and also that its been requested to join teamspeak but  I did not state any names of any sort I just said I will not come onto teamspeak and subject "myself" to the conflict i experienced last time.  Us public Flick do not have to use it . . .

I told winston when i will be able to order my computer and that his video request will be on its way just for him asking.  That admin i will have respect and will do what he asks to certain degree. 

As for the excuse of ordering a computer if you have to go down that road... I don't know about some, but majority have kids right?  I have 6, 2 just going to start college so my funds go else where.  New computer is going to help my kids for college (and daddy gets to use it for gaming ).

I myself love flying since the game has came out, I fly pretty much like your style sometimes high and sometimes i'm lower to ground.  I won't say why people fly certain ways CrazyBri cause some think they seem to know more about it then either you or i.  I myself had to wait awhile for  a ban appeal because of my flying abilities, Tuia will look at your appeal and see what the admin has put in as reason for your ban.  I hope you luck my friend, i myself, once i get a better system is going to make a video to prove myself which i shouldn't have to do.  Be patient  and keep checking back here.

Server name: Simple [USA] last map i remember playing was toruk - tried to log in around 17:15 today and it said i was banned - I didn't have any issues with anyone, playing with friend Mr Leo - My old name was Nin- for some reason when forums went down I couldnt use my old name or email so i had to register new.  Probably still some old issues with some of the admins - Tuia removed my old ban before - only thing I might think of is couple of days ago had issues with flick - Gazala map, he was flying i was flying, saw him dive down into canyon, i was flying up, went after him and found him shot him down, he was upset and asked how i was able to find him, told him flyby, another pilot agreed with me and said samething that you can see further in flyby, but mister flick disagree but nothing else was said, we all went our way.  I love flying which i'm very good at, people that DO know me knows my ability, I'm not the best but i strive to get better and get back to my skills before i left 42 year ago.  Please take a look and tell me what I did wrong, if its the old arguement before, why can't people just grow up and not hold a grudge.. thank you
