dinkw is right, hook, i mean, a 500 W can be enough if it is a high quality one. but modern VGA-s , can consume much more energy then you think , and can damage your system, if you have a weak psu, ,,, you should go for a 700 W antec, or corsair, or something similar.
your pc config is great, and any good vga can fit.
i would recommend pairing NVIDIA with INTEL CPU, because somehow they work more stable on intel platforms.

Regarding the GPU power consumption :
The card itself needs 145W, but with the system, the total would go around 270W. This rises if you OC the CPU, and can significantly rise if you have 6 core OCed CPU, to around 350W mark. But with a normal gaming machine with i5 or i7 quad, it normally stays under 300W or 25A, your PSU can supply 38A, and even when OCed, the PSU technically can power the system.
But, Corsair is average quality and delivers 85% efficiency, which I take as 85%*38A=~32A, so the system shall still be good. The capacitors are Japanese high quality so it's much more stable than CX on high loads, fine enough for the system.

Or , maybe add a vanilla server with latest ancient PB on, and leave the current fra server as is, so , there would be no player drop, and us oldies would gladly play on pb one, because many many many kids wouldn't be able to join there, and we d have some fun as we used to have.
