this problem also with israel servers too
EVEN THE DISTANCE LESS THAN 70 KM
but I get ping more than 190ms 
then i got kicked due to high ping ((((((((
btw; before 5 years when I had 128kb internet speed
my ping was 30-50 with same servers
and yes about 4 times I got ping less than 20 but it remains for half day. ....

I think torture box is happening on syria since 4 months
thousands of innocent people died!!
hundreds of freedom army died against bashar al asd(president of syria) army
planes & artillery are boombing civilians houses for unacceptable reason
even palestinian camps in syria got many casualties
iran and lebanon helps bashar army with weapons and men
btw; most of his military equipment from russia
ak47 ,mig planes etc...
bashar are going to eliminate anything against his government!!!

Are you sure about that?! Have you tried latest Teamspeak version? I installed latest Mumble v1.2.4 and it always crashed, so switched back to Teamspeak.
Teamspeak channel is ready. Connect to 188.165.220.115 and make sure you have the latest Teamspeak version to enjoy Opus voice codec quality.

unfortunately its true
eg; in israel the west jews (Europe, america .russia)
have more respect and best jobs
but for south jews (middle east, asia ,africa)
they have low living level comparing with west
also those work in army...
