I prefer to ask people about their personal experiences...
...I prefer to read books and then a variety of media things. I get different info from different sources and then make my own decision.
Just like me. But in my experience, those who want to leave the country will tell you about bad things, but not about good. They have pessimistic minds. In any countries exist these people.
For an example.. I work with a woman who left Cuba after she served 5 years in prison for reading a book (no shit).
In your country there are no banned books?
My grand parents tell me about what they had to deal with when their farms were basically stolen for collectivization and their experiences.

Here is the problem with this discussion... anyone affiliated with any of the countries being discussed will take the side of their country. You believe you are right and I believe I am right. You can lay out your facts as much as you want and I can lay out my facts as much as I want. At the end of the day, it wont change a thing.

If you don't know what is wrong with NK and Cuba, then there is no point in explaining it.
I know what with Cuba and NK (by the way count of prisoners in North Korea and USA comparable and one of higher in the world). U.S. has aggressive politics and block the supply of food and goods to Cuba, Iran, N.Korea and some another countries.
You see what show yours mass media. What do you know about today situation in Libya or Egipt?

No, it's compatible but when I build RST (Matrix) or ESRTII RAID, the ESXi installer seeing each drive without any RAID I configured earlier. I have no such problem with new PowerEdge R420 rack servers, ESXi works fine, but I also want to install ESXi on this old one.
But here nothing about supporting ESXi 5.1 version for S3420GP with installer, only "ESXi 4.1 installable". But if I rightly understand you can install 4.1 then upgrade them to 5.1. Or am I wrong?
