I banned him tonite 5 or 6 times and he kept coming back .everybody knows him so I think it sends the wrong message to unban him you cannot run a server with allowing some people to do what they want.permaban

There is no link for that ,as it is a grey area.main rules are if its shooting you can shoot back.you would only know if it's reloading if you followed it from battlefield then it's fair game.the problem arises when you do attack things in main you can hit innocent bystanders and then it becomes a problem.also pilots usually do u turn from runway to gain height attacking them is classed as baserape,but if they go directly to battlefield fair game.so as you can see no hard and fast rules ,so if in doubt stay away from main.hopes this clears it up a bit and does not make it worse

It's not about enjoying it's about trying to police server,if it stays this way the rules will need to change.lets allow wound,sfv dis as you cannot tell who it is.it will be anarchy soon

I did not say no rules but if someone wishes not to speak to certain ones I don't see it a being a problem.
Alex server is paid for but its public and I agree they make the rules and admin only oversee them.i think common sense then prevails we don't all get along with each other.besides just follow rules that cover in game chat should suffice
