A place I'm going to leave. I liked it a lot
France is a small country but as a result of its geographical situation the climate is very varied from one region to another. Here in the center the weather is "extremely mild". There is no heat during the summer and it rarely freezes during the winter. This place is called «the garden of France» because everything can grow.
Nearby there is one of the largest zoos in Europe. It attracts a lot of tourists and students who keep the economy going. But it's exceptional. The vast majority of the French countryside are lifeless

but personally i find the pic interesting, it's a nice fact about those 15 players, with this fact you realise that france team it's not "national team" but "international team"
Maybe we don't have the same notion of what a nation is.

During the first 30 minutes of the game it seemed like they are going to lose badly, and then little by little, they clawed their way back into the game. What a mental toughness.
In an unrelated question Arkos, why is it written «Suisse» in French on their sweat suit? Why not in German or Italian?

6 or 12 months in what's known in France as Civic Service. A kind of military service but in health, education, culture or environment sector (and yes, in this case the fire department). I don't know if it exists in the US but it exists in other European countries
