Yesterday on Wake he took a jeep and crashed into a starting plane. I banned him for 1 day. Just in case he do it again ban him longer.

I found out the video from Saint Petersburg gay parade and the only thing I can admit is that parade looks like a stupid provocation from both sides to get some attention from some human rights watch organizations.
He clearly didn't treat his clothes with ultra-ever dry.

Sure, in my opinion basecamping should be allowed unless you exaggerate. I played at the beginning sniper only for a long time and i know, that some snipers you can not find. They just hide too good.

Maybe you are right, but it is annoying when you are sitting on the AA and a sniper kills you all the time. It give more power to the planes.

Btw i can be in base just zooming/aiming with sniper and not shooting, will that make me active?
First of all, you have to prove that Frank was basecamping. He has not to prove that he i isn't.
And don't overcomplicate it. If someone is shooting out of the base, you can shot back. But if someone is only sitting in an AA without shooting, you are allowed to bomb him with a plane. He isn't sitting just for fun in the AA.
