How to use InGameBrowser
Just modify your preferred DNS server or edit your hosts file with the relevant bfvietnam lines. (They wrote this on their site).
65.112.87.186 bfvietnam.available.gamespy.com
65.112.87.186 bfvietnam.master.gamespy.com
65.112.87.186 bfvietnam.ms0.gamespy.com
or connect manually by adding a servers IP/Port.
I used this, and found out that not all bfv servers use it, but still i like that someone took the time and effort to make a gamespy clone for the ingame browser.

Soon in Europe to.
Since the network speeds and gfx and cpu´s are so much better than 10 years ago (thus higher resolution) that top performance is more easy to reach. And one can do even MORE nowadays then was possible in first days of bf1945.
CRT monitors was way better in response-time then any new flatscreen is.
hmm i5 going to the scrappers now, dedicated cad-cards and Console servers alike.

In the past I used Gamecommander to do voice controlled stuff in games like BF and Il sturmovik, but it often gave me 'wrong results' like in the funny video Budster posted
...Hilarious was the time when my friends found out they could shut off my engines in sturmovik by shouting loud enough into their mics
...I'll probably check this out because I like this kind of use for a mic.
Looked at it, but it seemed awfully outdated so to speak. Do please report back if you try it out ![]()
First season of The Expanse was good, but second season was bit boring.
Soo just for fun i decided to try and run a BFV server, its just running the WW2 mod with some bots. Unfortunately it gave me a hard time about witch ports to use (same query port as bf42 standard)
The short explanation is: its listed as bf42 in gametracker
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/ … .26:14567/

If you do the "host file thing" Arkos posted, you can find it directly in the ingame browserlist instead.

How about "Tilt" in the forehead? hmm
For some reason i´ve never got around to get one myself, but maybe its time to do something about that ![]()

Yes, they are made that way.
Did you get it back after he was finished toying with it?

you mean the russian text that bugs in the end screen, comrad pedro ?
No, just i have my font in the bad quality, like a this(there is no clarity):
I cant see your picture for some reason, but the most common reason for what you describe is a feature called "anti aliasing" The text is counted as a part of the game and not as a separate overlay, so it gets affected by this system and thus look blurred.
Most common problem after long use is dust buildup around heatsinks and fans, if you havent already take a look inside and check it out.
They knew how to build strong propellers ![]()
A ATX type of powersupply always delivers 5 volt all the time when the powercord is plugged in, computer or no computer it doesnt matter. In Sunshines case its the switch on the motherboard that gets triggered for unknown reason.
_
The only things I want to know are:
1. Why?
2. Is it bad?
1. The why is guesswork, a powersupply is always on even if you shut down the computer (mainly the 5 volt part). Lightning does some woodoo with your PC (could even be some of that overcurrent protection you have plugged in that is causing it).
2. nah as long as it doesnt has a burning smell i dont think you have to worry too much about it.
3. Maybe buy a fire extinguisher just to be on the safe side.
Its morse code from god ![]()
I think ABAS is on to something, there can be a lot of different kinds of inteference from lightning, so maybe some pulse or frequency that trigger the on/off power on you usb (even tho it seem far fetched)
Some years ago l read about graphic card that had so much coilwhine that it affected garageopeners, cant find that article now but here is something similiar. https://www.mocana.com/blog/2011/11/22/ … or-openers
Even if I don't lose power, my joystick lights up when lightning hits close by.
Does the ledlights on your joystick stay on after such an event, or is it just temporary?
I see - the power of the three!
there is rumor about a reboot of that show btw.
