It would most probably need lots of code modifications to run in BF2, I'm not acquainted with BF2.
I read somewhere that Kevin Lockitt, the coder of BFServerManager for BF1942 and BFVietnam, asked 7500 $ to code it for BF2.

Take a look into the logs, I think he were banned for dis. gameplay by Zody. (Aberdeen 21.30 CET - 22.30 CET approx.)

Try SP3 compatibility mode, choose that instead of SP2.

vamp contacted another admin and he promised that he understood his mistakes and apologized for it, so he is allowed to play, now.
It's ok, he told me that on the server yesterday.

And i dont know vamp as a teamkiller. Maybe 1 or 3 days would be enough. 1 week is too much i think.
I spec'ed him a couple of days (before i got admin) and he tried often to kill teammates when they trying to get a vehicles. I dont think he had a bad day.
You can check the server logs if you want.
That gorilka who drove a tiger with a jeep's speed?
yes speedhack, his Tiger was fast like a jeep.
However, I saw him on the server today again..

1. vamp repeatedly tk'ing teammates and shooting at friendly vehicles (1week)
2. gorilka by using exploits on bocage (permban by !bexploits)

Only problem I've noticed with lots of players, is when spawning in the beginning of the round, some players can't spawn in the 1st wave, they'll have to wait 12 seconds to spawn again.
That's why BF1942 only has around about 32 Spawnpoints per flag.
