Video "closet cheater2" is indeed kinda suspicious. Moment after 1:22 when he kills 2 infs and then drives calmly over the place as if knowing there aren't any more of them.
But still, not a solid evidence, not enough imo.

If you are so pissed about Russian talk in chat you can install cyrillic patch and at  least be able to view the letters and names normally. It will ease your sufferings

1 Video. Mining tank didnt depend on the other tank. Sometimes people just want to try to do it, and not wait for the "perfect" moment.
!kafk command I believe was used because his team was losing and unspawning people make teambalance even worse.

2 Video.
I see a !kill command abuse.
Rest is fine. Anyone who plays enough knows the usual tank routes. These kills were expected. And he didnt go for the top tank which went to north, which he might of killed easily if he knew it was there. He expected top tank to attack him , that's why he stood there a bit waiting to be attacked and scooping different directions for it.

3 Video.
Moment on 0:45 is recorded from your tank. Nothing is visible there. Crap evidence. Only setting upp tanks like that and modeling the field of view can explain it. And maybe the wesp fired prior to it. I can't see. And btw ALL flags were taken, so camping main base was an ordinary thing to doo. Ofc there should be some tanks exiting from main.

on 1:45 he probaly had seen you coming. It was kinda obvious. But again, it's so easy to just park the tanks the same way and make sure about the area of visiility. Make a kind of a crime re-enactment. After all he was a good member of community and deserves some effort to be acquitted.

I very doubdt that you have seen video of him cheating. So don't judge, based on other peoples opinion.
