Yes that's right, it's strange that you get unbanned and I'll stay banned, i think it's because they know who you are and a lot of players knows who you are that's why you are unbanned, they still do not know me for a long time so I'm just banned, they did not know that I've been playing for 6 years and already have enough experience with sniper.
I've seen in your topic that ES can not get out of his mistake, he should also unban me too, but because there are not enough players who know me, there he is lucky because no one is hard at it because they dont know me enough.
But in fact he made 2 mistakes, if he can not admit the first mistake then he will never admit the 2nd mistake.

actually not so sure about silent sniper
it is quite easy to be a good sniper and get banned
I've been playing Bf1942 for 6 years and have played the most time with sniper, i did not play often on the simple fra server.

Guess why!
First, the player was banned by the feeling(!) that he's cheating. Afterwards you watched a video taken with 3rd person view that show his gameplay, but not his screen. I guess that you did this with the intention to "prove" the ban and - of course - you found what you were looking for. (In sociology, this is called a "self-fulfilling prophecy".)
Check the video once more and look for hints "proving" that he's an excellent (legit!) sniper player. I'm 100% sure that you'll find a lot of them - especially if you keep in mind, that names can be seen through walls, and enemies can be located by their sound, be spotted by other players or even via minimap, if a team member got killed there.
(Unfortunately, people prefer to keep and defend their opinion instead of admit that they were wrong. So I dont expect that anyone will reverse his decision.)
They took a moment out of the video that seems like that i use 3rd part softwhare, if someone uses a sniper you have to look at the complete video, that proves that they're looking forward to see something like what they want to see.
I hope the admins are going to watch the video again in a good way than they will see that i do not use 3rd part software, i think this is not going to happen because the russian admins are hardened against me, if they really had a proof they would show me.
Hydra had a couple of days before i was banned told me in the simple fra server that he hate me and didnt like my way of playing, i think that's why they banned me.

Up to now we have caught at least 242 hackers with proof and i havent seen any of them argueing this much about it since my joining to forum

That's definitely true but smiley is not a cheater and ES ban him for no reason and me too, they have after 2 days later suddenly a video about me.

Admin should use teamviewr with team speak to have live judgement.. This method is save private... And nothing to do about other hackers..

But they have already told you. There is a video that clearly shows that you were cheating and as admins they have carried out their duty and banned you from the server and taken the entire incident seriously.
The video would have been checked by a number of admins and they have banned you because they all agreed you were indeed cheating, so tell me again why they have to prove anything to you?
they have to prove it to me bocause i'm not a cheater, i think something on the video they have seen it seems like that I could use cheats but it is not.
If you're good at shooting with sniper or with another weapon, it sometimes seems look like that you could use it, but that goes for all the players that are very good.

they have banned me without any reason, some days later they say they have a proof about me, when you have a proof about something u can ban a player with a reason and not before, that's why this case stinks
I know for sure they have made a lie to ban me becouse they dont like me, i know i have a playstyle that would not like a lot of players, but i do nothing wrong, u just have to accept my playstyle, i accept your playstyle as well.

I do not feel like I'm taken seriously, but that's what they're supposed to do as admins, as admins, you should take the players seriously and if you ban someone you should have to prove that, so the player knows why he is banned.

If they do not, their accusation is worthless, look at the ban of smiley they banned him without any proof that is the same style they banned me, they banned us at the same time becouse they think something, you can not ban someone because you think something, you need to have a proof and show the proof to ban someone, otherwise your proof will not be valid.
