Well....there are consequences for your actions, and like Dink said...it's double trouble. NO matter why you decide to cheat in any game...the one thing you lose right away is the respect of those that have real integrity.  Especially if you are part of that group that polices the server.. you can't talk or apologize your way out of it.  He can do what the rest of the malfeasance do...change his IP, hash and name and hope that no one notices their game play.  After all...if you will cheat...you will evade too.

Quality care in the USA involves a lot of money. You won't see us on that list anytime soon.  Obama care was/is a disaster.

Training top quality Doctors takes 15 years at the minimum to begin with...and even then...they are rookies until their late 30's to mid 40's.
I think anyone that would willingly sacrifice the majority of their prime "young" years studying to further humanity, should also be very well compensated for their efforts.  As far as helping citizens to "die well"...well...you better save your pennies.

Past that...it sure would be nice to see all governments stop spending for wars and instead spend every penny on their citizens and infrastructure for at least 2 years.  World truce for 2 years I say...the people of this world really do not understand their power.  The quality of life for all would improve dramatically...especially in the USA.  Of course the problem with all that is those that were in the $$money$$ would NOT be any longer.  The very reason we are in the mess to begin with......greed and power over others.

I don't know any admins around here that do that.  After you have shown the aptitude to be a disrupter( yes a custom word)...we are aggressive.  You will get no warning. 

What I did not say to you in my PM was....I watched you myself...for quite a while...I'm not going to list the crap you did...I did not like most of what I saw...you looked like the poster child of disruption. 
You do not get to play 75% fair...25% disruptive....or any ratio for that matter. You can generate any reason you want to play that way...it's not going to fly.

As far as your "opinion" on how this server is managed....you know what you can do with that sir.
