If possible rather make it that server have auto map downloader. I don't have time to instal all the time maps and mods
Well, i do not have a clue for it, but i remember that NBN Classic ( The russian public server) had somethign like that.

The map size depends on the number of the voters, so maybe we will start smaller maps, than change to bigger.

Eve of Destruction is epic. More than 4GB disk space... O: Too bad no one want to download it, the modders worked really hard on that mod.

Well than, you should try to install it in winxpsp3 compatibility or set your bf to that, because most of the mods uses that, if you have Win7.

Next time don't try it only just before the event!

A final version of the mod should be made before making events. Would draw more people to them.
This won't be final, the modding team is not working on it since 2010.
Final version is not a reason.
For example Pirates, Galactic Conquest... they are small, final but not a lot of players came.
Sadly most of the "public heroes" stucked in vanilla bf1942.
