You found an interesting topic however there is no comparison in Anders Behring Breivik and the sex pervert story. Breivik is one sick individual similar to Ted Kaczynski the Uni-bomber. Between 1975 and 1995, Kaczynski mailed bombs to universities and airlines, killing three people and injuring 23 more. FBI agents arrested Kaczynski in 1996.
Breivik massacred 80 elementary school children in Norway 22 July 2011. Kaczynski and Breivik both are indiscriminate murderers and both have written manifestos. Both of these men are evil geniuses, they both deserve the death penalty but it is interesting to compare their ideology. Breivik makes a case that Euro-centric governments have already surrendered to Islam through denial of historic facts concerning the spread of Islam.

The subject of hacker prevention requires serious discussion. Dink you are correct in pursuing an answer to an obvious cheat. Someone needs to deal with these cheaters and hackers as expeditiously as possible.
Pleiades, I am experiencing crappy Internet at this time which will be remedied in the near future. The out come of this discussion will influence my decision whether I set up camera surveillance capability on my new system and assist in apprehending cheaters of go find some other way to waste my time.

P&P (punch and Pie) ran an urban warfare only server that was always full back in the day. Only problem was there were a lot of glitch holes for the cheater class. It was a good place to play. I think you could find a lot of desert combat fans that might want to revive their modern combat wings?
