Well I've learnt my lesson explaining stuff in great depth. You also should consider the audience reading this, what they cant understand they will disregard.

True is that changing computers and isps and your chair can make a big difference regarding sounds, hit regs and overall compability, simply not to such extent. I've been using it and the only reason was more privacy, it seemed. Most Firefox add-ons work here as well. Never been a fan of big companies products.

yes, this man is right. And it's mostly your internet quality and theirs plus a few other factors. What you see is some players are almost like skipping to left and right or sliding across ground. In tanks and planes also some players move faster and you get more fake/bug hits on them than others. Same thing, internet connection quality, sometimes OS and game resolution, and not only yours but theirs too.

registering hits on vehicles vs infantries is different. Say, a player has 200 ping - it is almost impossible to hit an infantry from the side, 90 degree angle, no matter where you aim. Tanks, planes, jeeps however are always hitable if you shoot far ahead enough, depending on your ping and their speed. AND when an infantry sits in the jeep and drives, you can hit him inside the jeep with 200 ping from the side, no matter how fast he is going. Versus when a player is just standing on the jeep and the jeep is driving, it becomes impossible to hit him from the side.

Meanwhile I'd make a ton of kills and once that bailing guy is back, I'd force him to bail out again. Sounds a lot more frustrating for him. Let him have his deaths. The same thing happens in tanks when a player bails and mines you or crashes into you - how do you forbid that?

It's ping and fps. Open singleplayer and spray away vs spray your 260 ping in multiplayer, especially with thompson. see?
