If you have a bad connexion but your ping be like "YEAH YOUR PING IS 20" it's a bug. It means it's greater than 200, which is very bad!

Apparently you are german, i have lived in germany for a "long" time too (country side AND big cities), might look weird, but your "country side" really has bad internet connexion (even worse than France, which is funny for the richest country in europe). Even in big cities you might have some troubles with internet...My internet provider was Vodafone (in a big town)when i was in germany, it was shitty sometimes....

Therefore there are 2 options:
-Your internet provider is having some troubles.... (very likely in my experience)
-Your computer is fucked up because of viruses=> restore your computer back to factory settings=>AFTERWARDS, STOP WATCHING HARDCORE PORN ON WEIRDOS WEBSITES YOU DIRTY AND HORNY GERMAN smile (germans love dirty stuffs, i know that)
