I just asked him what was up there as I wasn't sure If he did already read it. So I posted theyr answer; they also said the map before was CTF and the map you got kicked was not; also that you got warned.
I was not there, I just posted the answer. Speak to them if you dont agree - not to me.

as I just heard from PitViper and also the admin who did it; it was for baseattack. Maybe you havent seen the warning. Its no big deal, so dont take it to serious. You are welcome on theyr server and they send you nice regards and hope to see you back.
And it is the wrong forum thats why you got no reply by them yet...

for example baseattack. Then you got kicked and after repeating banned. On different days as you never learned. If the same people do same missbehavior on and on then they wont get warned anymore. Sorry to tell you, but you do not recall correctly
Also a good 1 by you: You remember when you got banned 15min for teamkilling bots? Next day I watched you again teamkilling bots, Mimoyecques; you landed AW52 in front of hangar for repair but jumped out, then bot got in, you shot him, next bot got in, you shot him. Then you tried crashing the spawn plane into the AW as it was already trapped in hangar with bot as pilot and you could not destroy it. I couldnt take care of that behavior as I was looking for another player if he was cheater or not, so no interaction was possible without revealing who I was.

The only admins always playing together were Avernes-guys. All other admins just teamswitch to make even teams; have never seen anything different.

I shot you by mistake, was first teamkill after at least 50 kills with wespe, thats normal and was no intention by me. I also said sry, tks happens in war games...
Now I see you made your post more friendly - too late for me, I already read it all as it was before. And no, Im not on any POWERTRIP. The rest I dont want to comment anymore.

thats what I also missed and asked him for that information. I spend some time reading the logs of this day and the day before from all the time I was on - but cant find anything except his unfriendly behavior. No one was even speaking to him before he started insulting other players...
@Jazavac: Can you enlighten us a bit please what you think I or we (online admins at that time) missed before? Thanks a lot in advance!

you are telling quite a lot of nonsense here... You got warned and also kicked for your bad and offensive language but didnt quit; also saying "With all respect to u Tuia" wasnt what I read; I read the following, which isnt all:

you got a lof warnings in the past and also got kicked in the past. Last time I told you that next time you change to an already much bigger team you will get banned a day without any more warnings. I asked you if you understood and you replied yes. Here is the result. After several dialogues you wont receive any warnings by me anymore. And as you must have reconized, some others got warned for same lot of times before you today and also got kicked. Sorry, but you cant demand a dialogue everytime; now the time has come when you either learned it or not. So, last time from me, PLEASE CHECK THE AMOUNT OF HUMAN PLAYERS ON EACH SIDE, DONT SWITCH TO AN ALREADY WINNING MUCH BIGGER TEAM, thats pure egoism.

Hi Derrex,
you repeatedly teamstacked, teams were already quite uneven when you joined on Telemark. I warned you 2 times, no reaction so you got kicked. You came back and did the same, again 2 warnings without any reaction by you. Then you got kicked 2nd time. You came back and did again, then you got a 15min-ban. Please check the teams before you switch not to make it too uneven, that is destroying the round.

Apart from its the wrong section where he posted his quite unfriendly and even in his native language full of failures post I wil translate his complain for the ones not speaking english:

I have already seen a lot on BF1942 but thats what going up on your server is incredible. To who do you grant admin rights??? I was banned without warning for shooting at an aa which is placed beside main base and is shooting all that moves...old BF rule...whats shooting out of base or beside it will be shot back. This Paul Baumer is a dumbass and I dont know what to say else (Im sorry) He cant even tell on the server... why I was banned... This he just wanted to explain on the forum... Im sorry... but who took admin rights from Raktetenhorst, who tried keeping everything correct and gives rights to this dumbass has no knowledge whats up. I will now strongly play our Geisterjäger-server and make promotion for it. Because on your server with such admins, gaming is no fun anymore.

My short comment on that: He is always complaing, see his other posts. He is regularly player and aware of the rules. If he attacked main then there is no warning needed anymore and a 1-day-ban is ok. Its not his first ban. At the time this happened I was not on and so cant tell something this specific situation. But everyone who knows Paul Baumer in game is sure he is friendly and judging correctly and fair.
