No we don´t have a second moonlight. Moon, 99% said he was hacking. George hasn´t been proved guilty. Actually more say he´s not hacking than the one´s who say he is, clearly 65/35. So if you want to be fair and correct lift his ban on that account. You can keep him banned cuz you dont like him and you dont want him playing at simple, thats a different decision but the correct decision based on innocent until proven guilty beyond any reasonable doubt still sustains!
never mention that here. your fellow host doesnt know even a fucking single bit about that. request such will probably let anyone got banned

For me, a cheater is a player who use cheat to get the advantage on the others players to obtain more from kills.
I notice just in these videos a bad technique to record the "suspicious" players and a lack of patience.

1st video you cannot see 2nd Panzer lying down, I checked it, and just before he rushes to the other tank, from that distance you cannot hear it approaching, turn up the volume if you wish.

3rd video Sepp goes to base to refill Wespe's ammo, yet he does not go for him, until he is back at outside main base. At 01:39 maybe he cannot see me inside his Priest, unless he was using 3rd person camera, he may have seen the tank shots at me, but it is a blind move to exppack that passage.
no matter how you are trying to divert the focus, no matter how you are twisting all the videos to defend yourself, here's only 1 SiMPLE fact: you cheated IN ADVANCE, BEFORE ANYONE PROVEN FOR CHEATING, YOU ARE THE ONLY PUBLICLY PROVEN CHEATER HERE.

player B violated the same rule, "victim" was an admin > ban

First, I did not use multihack, George, it is you who did it, I used a minimap hack to record you, because you were aware of the team switch trick.
omgomgOMG!!! tuia you know before i saw this, i kept making excuse to myself for you: you were still generous for the server. you were a good programmer for the game exe fixes. (most of) your admins suck, but you may have long friendship with them, you may believe their moral characters although they make wrong decisions (rather than my complaint ofcoz.) BUT NOW, CONGRATULATIONS for the screwing up, by yourself.
for the videos now it no longer matters whether they are evidences of guilty or innocent (yes, "evidence of innocent", the joke which should exist only in china and north korea. now also available here.) because when the only rule maker doesnt obey his own rule, why should others do?
now let me repeat here: TUIA ADMITS THAT HE CHEATS. though he's still trying to search the so called "rat". every civilized human beings should feel terrible about this.

i guess your server is under a real hacker's attack, isn't it? and i guess the reason can be: your community is pissing off too much players and finally you drew the shitty big prize.

you need to be in his team at the beginning and put your spectator camera on him. then switch to opposite team and keep the camera unchanged <--- credits given to flickoftheswitch who always thinks that this method is a solid evidence of cheating
