And Hamas uses the other innocent Palistinian civilians as a human shield.

The Palistian people call this on themselves. They let Hamas regain power.
If the Palistinian people really want to live in peace they should stop Hamas themselves.
But no, in schools in Gaza children are tought 3 things.
1. Glorification of terrorist
2. Demonisations of jews
3. Daily repeated that Isreal should cease to exist

And the IDF isn't allways right.

But Hamas and lots of other Palistinians aren't either.
Hamas says themselves: 'We love death as much as the jews love life'.

Isreal only reacts to all those attacks by Hamas and other Palestinian terrorist organisations.
And they make some terrible mistakes by doing that. But what do you expect?
