Unfortunately it is negative information, I can give you that but, the information presented is accurate so any impression derived from the information is one an individual derives based on the analysis of said information.
So how is the previous ban history information on Icebags that I posted untrue or misleading, as you indicated? Or are you claiming I have painted a misleading portrayal of Icebags behavior? In my opinion anyone who can’t control their temper and abide by basic rules that they will be expected to enforce is unfit to serve in an admin position.
All the information I provided is there for anyone to review. Because admin is a position of “trust and character’ I felt a duty to point out information pertaining to the suitability of Icebags as admin. But this incident goes way deeper than Icebags. So let’s start with the incident:

You are rebutting my assertion the incident was 80 minutes, that is fine the length of time has no relevance to my arguments. Thanks to you this is on going and has not been resolved yet. I will explain. So during this rant icebags was banned which accounts for the break between outbursts:

Lets talk about your culpability. You begin your other screed with the statement:

Icebags was automatically banned. So at 11:44:28 the problem was solved. So in your own words you picked “out the parts of the picture that most suites” you. Now comes the real problem with this whole incident:

8/2/2015 11:54:35 : Server: Banlist has been updated.
So Icebags was banned from 11:44:28 until 11:54:35 according to the logs at 11:44 he is no longer playing the problem is solved it is no longer and issue and Icebags is history. So does he write an appeal in the forums according to the rules? NO. You circumvented the rules and unbanned him without the appeals process.
So you took it on yourself to circumvent community standards that allow others an opportunity to discuss server bans as with everyone else banned for misbehavior.
”If you have been banned and you feel that it was unfair, write your unban request including the required information:
- Your player name.
- Date and time you were banned.
- Server name.”
So you circumvented the server band appeal rules for Icebags and allows him to continue to violate the language policy for which he was banned further proving himself unfit to be and admin as you pointed out “12:39 - 12:42”. You are responsible for the situation getting out of control. So your ban appeals rules violation has made this an unresolved issue going on several days. The only way to resolve this is Ban Icebags and let him appeal his ban like anyone else.
I do however stand behind the fact that if Tookie would have jumped on TS it would have never escalated to that level, they could have hashed it out and been done with it.
So explain to me why Tookie should get on team speak and be abused by Icebags? Your action are inconsistent with the rules, you circumvented the deserved machine ban for Icebags then want Tookie to get on team speak to be verbally abused? If you were smart you would have left him banned.
On top of you circumventing the unban request rules, and escalating the situation, you threaten to ban me.
why don't you go see why Rainbow banned there. This is an example of calling out Rainbow Dash for what he is, without using specific words that get you kicked from the server.
