simple fra yesterday around 21.00 cet, 40-45 players, coral sea, i play allies from start, abas, arkos axis. im attacking the axis carriers, abas + arkos are in axis planes going after me around the axis carriers

about five minutes into the game i switch to axis. i simply press axis, and autobalance allows me to do it. at the time of the switch, teams are virtually even; almost same player count on each side, allies has around 5 more tickets than axis, and both teams have two carriers, so rulewise, teams are either even, or allies is slightly winning

abas sees the switch and warns me that i'll get a 7 day ban if i dont switch back, i see the warning but deliberately ignores it since i know hes wrong, and what im doing is 100 % perfecly allowed. i would rather be banned than being pressured by some admin who is making a wrong decision. abas then bans me for 7 days for teamstacking

abas, arkos and 40 other players were there and should be able to confirm these details

have any of you played / analysed bf3, 4, hardline, 1 ?
