Да пиздец, кому как удобно, так и говорит.
Офисная культура пришла к нам с запада, вот и терминология перенялась. Кто отстает, тот и подражает и приспосабливается. Так уж получилось, что мозги утекли в англоязычную страну, вот и приходится все новое с инглиша лямзить.
А используют потому, что чаще слышат эти термины. Да и дело не в дрочеве на английский, а сам факт того, что английский - международный. Ты как бы используешь международное слово, хоть оно и является этнически по происхождению английским.

At first some person was caught reckless diving. He was put in a confinement cell until further investigation.
He behaved agressively towards police, cussing them and starting a fight. A lot of offensive opinions were written about him. Most of people said he deserved a beating and a sentense in jail.

People say that he behaved inadequate and seems like he was mentally unstable. Instead of putting him in a mental facility they put him in a cell with inmates.
Shortly, after being put to the cell, the person dies and is reported by police as death from pneumonia. Recently this footage appears.

A lot of people get their attention on the fact that a guard never interfered the beating, which resolved in a homicide.

hanyweh, even if something like that happened, dont waste your time proofing something here. This forum and server is a big mess and nothing will change. Main admins are busy with other things and regular players just keep playing on wtf is free.
Hence, the quality of adminship, rule following and feedback.
Made some attempts to improve the situation myself when I had the time, and it kinda parished in the abyss. But you can try
