how about add a point to the rules where will be state that the admins have rights to ask players to change niknames or !kick for inappropriate nikname at their own decisions, i sure, there will be no problems with normal ppl if makes desides wisely
imo nik hitler shold be just kicked immediately not because historical villain with the same name but "because admin deside that this name may spoil mood, cause negative emotions and looks offensive for some of players" and that it, the most honest explanation, and you'll be not have to discuss which names you should consider as unacceptable
just to avoid the shitty discuss and turning this cpar to "serious" talks
