The server crashes do happen some times. It's BF1942 server code that is buggy and was not written with efficiency and security in mind.

It's a test. BFServerManager was modified today to probably cope with more than 64 players.

Due to popular demand, slots increased to 78. Let's see if BFServerManager is working fine, now.

Nothing happened. Last time you were kicked was Saturday, 25 Aug 2012 17:43:11 CET.
You probably had connection problems and could not connect to the server in that time. If you were kicked or banned a message would come up: "KICKED/BANNED FROM SERVER".
You are playing too much, YourMother, chill out.

I prefer 60 to 64 and there is little difference between the two.

magic42, I know who you are and what you are up to. Most server admins are aware, too. You may fool others with your lies, but not here.
