I also have the widescreen patch. If you or anyone else want to create a webpage which can help new players, I'll host it here. It just needs to be a simple webpage with some few pictures and text. I once gathered all tutorials links for BF1942 and decided to make a new updated one, but as usual, I didn't start it. I just hate it when I have ideas and then not the time or the will to conclude them. :

Most probably, it was a technical problem. It happens sometimes, because of buggy BFServerManager. You are not banned.

When issuing a command try to target by name, first, and if it's not possible, then use the player ID, to avoid these mistakes.

Ok, and what are your ideas for those maps? In El Alamein how many planes, tanks, jeeps on each side? Any other special mod, like faster jeeps? Disable exppacks?
I'd like to read your suggestions for Berlin CTF mod. Any tanks? Grenades disabled? I also think it can be a fun map with lots of players.

I believe lowering that much the spawntime would not benefit gameplay in any way. I could be wrong.
It seems only you support that idea, if more players preferred lower spawntime, it could be considered.

Ok, most certainly it was an enemy vehicle destroyed by deathbubble, which sometimes stays invisible or in flames, that blocked the plane.

James, you are banned for teamkilling. You have several times avoided your ban and still continue to do so, which itself leads to a much longer ban. If you played fairly, this discussion would be unnecessary, it was your fault.

That's interesting information. Only reason I can come up is that there was a static object (invisible to the clients) blocking the plane, but only the server can place any static object (buildings, sandbags, trees, etc.), unless it's some kind of bug.

Thank you, Grabbi. As I've wrote before, I had a technical problem with latest select(bf) 0.5 beta installation in a Linux server with PHP version 5. It did not create the initial database. I hardly understand PHP, Java or MySQL to look at the code and I don't have time for it, unfortunately.
The statistics from August and September have been made available to the 762 guys. It's up with them, now.
