nachdem wir viel über die NS-Zeit und das Warum und Wieso gearbeitet haben, hab ich mich mal zu nem längeren Post hinreißen lassen.

Es hat sehr wohl was mit der Geschichte zu tun.
Hitler war Österreicher, ja. Aber die Verbrechen der NS-Zeit sind im Namen des deutschen Volkes verübt worden, nicht im Namen des österreichischen Volkes (auch wenn die gerne mitgemacht haben).
Beim Thema "Völkermord" haben viele Nationen Dreck am Stecken: die Amis mit ihren Indianern, die Türkei bei den Kurden, die Serben bei den Kroaten, von Uganda und dem Rest von Afrika ganz zu schweigen. Aber bisher hat kein Volk den Völkermord mit so industrieller Perfektion und logistischer Meisterleistung (denn das war es) verfolgt wie die Deutschen. Jeder Häftling in den KZs wurde genau registriet (zB die tätowierten Nummern in Auschwitz), wann er ergeliefert wurde, wo er herkommt, seine Besitztümer, etc.

Dazu kommt, dass kein anderer Völkermord so exakt aufgearbeitet und erforscht wurde wie der 2. Weltkrieg.
Man konnte nach dem Krieg sehr genau nachvollziehen, wie das System mit den Deportationen und den Kzs funktioniert hat.
Und dieses systematische Vorgehen der Deutschen ist es, was die Sache so krass und pervers macht. Das hat kein Volk vorher gemacht.

Wenn du dich nun in Deutschland hinstellst und was gegen Ausländer sagst, wirst du sofort in die Nazi-Ecke gestellt.
Das war lange Zeit DAS KO-Argument für Diskussionen, um sinnvolle Regelungen. Man will ja nicht den Eindruck erwecken, dass "alte System" wieder aufzubauen.

Das heißt nicht, dass sie schlecht oder dumm sind. Sondern sie entsprechen nicht den Anforderungen, weil sie zum Beispiel zu alt sind, keine Fremdsprachen können oder einfach den falschen Beruf gelernt haben.

memo to myself: always read all posts before posting a new one...

i started around autumn 2006, 1.6 patch (did not even know that v1.61  was existing) ,
spent 2 years on public servers and public teams like 5kings

then in 2008, i played a capture-the-flag cup with a noname team, and it became the best tournement i ever played
we kicked out some of the best teams at that time,  GUN, dac, Speerspitze...
to bad there was a loser bracket, which was dominated by pas42, they had lost their first match vs GUN
and we had to face pas42 in the final... it was a total massacre, we lost 1-14
after that cup my team was dissolved (but not due to the result), and i joined pas42, thanks to red_dragon and FragZek

within the next 9 mounths, most of the known pas42-players joined the team (Heiner, Joe, TripleX, DMYorky, fishbone, Strik0r, co0nic, etc)
and the following 2-3 years were just awesome...
