Hello. I was banned because I placed a mine on a friendly tank which led to a teamkill.

I sincerely apologize for this. It was not intentional.

Scenario: The friendly tank was battling an enemy tank. I spawned in as an Engineer and noticed this ongoing battle. As I was an engineer, I wanted to help the teammate out by repairing the tank, however while avoiding getting shot by the enemy tank, I selected the mine instead of the repair tool and it got placed accidently.

This mistake occurred as I had lost touch and unfamiliarity with the game. I didn't even remember how to use the chat so couldn't even apologize before getting the ban. I promise to be more careful next time onwards. I have come back to BF1942 after many years and am very happy to see the game still being so popular.
