He is back at it today 2:47 MST on Helledron now its that he is being selective in his tk people..can we get an administrator to come on some time during the late US hours on this guy

El Locco at it again tonight on Eagle Nest at 3:25am MST (US) Tking and stating he cant be caught really making the game hard to play hope you guys give him a perma ban when caught...working on video clips to post have lots of footage

Thanks Alexander I appreciate you calling me a "normal player" many only see me as a "Point Whore, Bot Killer, and non team player".   Others hate my gameplay and do what they can to make my gameplaying difficult.  Yes I do score a lot of points off bot kills but if I like the players on the team will help them win the battle.  Anna believes anytime an admin is not on that I am ripping into bases and blowing everything apart for a score.  Have I done that before sure many moons ago now if I shoot a bot off a bridge then I am base raping.  Anyway that is what this is all about I am currently in the "Admin Corner" awaiting my sentence.

little addendum...as well to you caught you breaking the rules about a year ago when you were in your "limbo" admin status and you told me to get over myself...you can deny it but we both  know what the truth is....this is personal with you

Well I guess I was caught! (Sarcastically) ....I never lied about anything I did put the mines on the bridge and yes I did shoot you on the bridge but I didn't shoot into the camp so were did my creditability go?  Please if you are going to spend the time to post all the video why try to make me look bad?  I have never had much of a problem with you just with Ana (who by the way did a nice thing for me the other day).  Would love an appeal and a promise of no more mines but if not I guess I will do my time...but please don't try to make me look like a liar or a cheat.  Just because people don't like my play doesn't make me the other...one last thing as well that you would put "man" in quotes is saying that I am something other then that for someone who knows nothing about me you are making some assumptions about me with that dig

Not asking to be lifted just how long is the ban...not looking for drama with you or anyone else just a straight answer as any answer I give will not be enough...so very simply "How long is my ban?"

Well....this is interesting because I always try to choose my words and what I say carefully...my intent is never to go after individuals or to make general assumptions about people who I have never met nor probably never will....stereotypes can be good or bad depending on the circumstances....I do enjoy these maps and there really is no other place to play so I am kind of at mercy of the administrators on this site....I also want to say that I have had some very fair and forthright discussions with admin here as well....my intent is never to make others gameplay unpalatable to the point they want to leave....my point (and by the way we are talking the past 2 years or so) is that certain individuals just don't like the way I play and thus decide to find ways to either make the game unplayable for me (teamkilling) or look to make me an example to others not to behave badly.  I have never said I didn't break the rules and I never thought I should not do ban time for it...my bans have been from 2 weeks when I started playing regularly all the way to 2 days.  I have a couple administrators at least have dialogue about my behavior and reacted as they should unemotional and to the point.  The reason I wrote what I wrote was to prove my theory its not just about violations but its about how some feel about the integrity of this game.  Doesn't excuse my behavior for poor judgement but sometimes we should look at intent. I do get a little punch-drunk and tired playing making bad decisions late at night (playing from the US) the intent is to not be disruptive or be an ass but just that poor judgement... trust me nobody is harder on themselves then me about doing something stupid. What I will not do is say "I will never do it again" because no one can guarantee anything in this life.  I will try to make the best judgements possible but I am not going to change my gameplay to throwing grenades at Monte Cassino...it says be creative and that's what I try to do... many don't agree with my methods but why would you care if it is inside the rules. The world is full of different opinions. and usually not just one works all the time.  I have never and I mean never criticized other player for gameplay.  If that is how they play and like AA so be it who am I to make a judgement.  I would never tell other player "Hey go somewhere else because I don't like your gameplay" that really makes no sense.  I am probably the easiest player to kill because of the way I play...celebrate and kill me a 100 times over.

Those are my thoughts Anna take them for what you want I am always going to try to be a better player for everyone but I will not be bullied and smeared for the type of game I play and you made that abundantly clear that is what you think (at least you were honest). If you honestly believe that I deserve a 1 month ban for two incidents in a month and having nothing before that for almost a year then I guess I go with the consequences but if you are doing it because you just don't like me or my gameplay along with that then maybe you should reconsider the length.  I am sure this will not get me unbanned but I sure feel better see you sometime between now and April 17.
