i think i am the only one who is playing all server.

1.  BF1942 - the regs are not stable for me. to be honest it is better for me even on moongamers. can it be is testing on/off ?! ... i have the impression that it is just very different.
I don't have that on the RTR server , is clearly better.
- I personally don't like the rotating para point in BX. As someone has already said, it just makes the whole thing chaotic. In my opinion it would be good that the rotating spawn only appears when the opponent has taken all flags, that would be really good and disappears again when a flag is taken. that would be good for the balance.
- at Bulge it would be nice to have a jeep spawning at south bridge, little thing but big effectiv.

2. RTR+SW - delay at start is 60 seconds that is clearly too much. I have seen players disconnect during this time. 30 or 20 seconds is really enough.
- Unfortunately, the bots spawn 2-3 seconds before and occupy most or all vehicles during this time - Gothic line, Hellendorn, Essen...  would be great the bots spawn 2 sec later - question ?!
- on Kbely airfield  are now 2 planes for the axis side, which makes it unbalanced.

3. New Maps and Tanks a lot are fine for me

No, I don't call it that. You call it a good report.
It's a treatise - a commitment of time and a compulsion to control, which is unbelievable, even pathological.

To put it in a nutshell - as Paul already wrote, report it to an admin in the game when it happens and don't collect data for 6 months and then write a novel here.

not multiple ... you were chatflooding, you did multiple times false report.
rebelscum tried to explain it to you - he never did something wrong and than you start to insult player - that for you were kicked.

you came back and start again insulting - turns into a ban - see you next week  or never - players like you are no loss.

you were kicked for taxiing. taking a jeep and drive to a tank ...  read the rules,and follow.

oh man Jar'Jar .... do me a big favor, follow the rules for once.
Not everyone shoots the defgun, but I agree with you - some do. And everyone of them gets a kick - but you get a ban.
Because you just know that it is against the rules. And if there is no admin onBoard please don't do it and give the others the hint. 
By the way, I just came to the server to see if everything is going according to plan. 
Listen I lift the ban now because you also speak here quickly and with truth - but please please please ...

Make sure you read the rules and follow them. If you have questions or problems even with fellow players contact an admin or report in the forum.  Please do not go it alone or take the law into your own hands on the battlefield.

starts rule violation and kick - again rule vialotion turns into ban. ban evading turns in permban - even today you change adress and key and evade again even thouig you are banned.

first you got a kick for teamkilling - wasn#t your first tk that round and i was also waiting for some reaction like a 'sry' f.e. 

short time after you reconnected you shoot own vehicle in base with the flak , that ended than in a 1 day ban .
make sure you know the rules and follow them - mind who is enemy and friend - your ban is lifted.

who always does what ? ... what do u expect to figure out with the game logs - i guess u mean the chat log -

No u are wrong. You bombed 2nd time AA and a leaving P4 and besides all you killed me just watching the szenario.
and note - you attack the opponent's Base while your team has no flag at all.
