Really? Please don't make more comments about football, you have zero knowledge, you should stick to ice hockey or basketball, instead.
After watching the game, i thought Belgium were the better team on the night, played as a team, instead of Brazil, always relying on their superstars to create chances. The Brazilians were tactically outplayed and therefore, their loss was no surprise after 90 minutes.

6/8 not bad. now for the next round  my "predictions" or the teams i want to qualify

Uruguay vs France
Brazil vs Belgium
Sweden vs England
Russia vs Croatia

No chance for Belgium this time.

After some exciting matches in the last 16 (i did 6/8 also, lost on penalties with Spain and Colombia, what a pity), today begin the quarter-finals of the competitions. So my prediction would be:

Uruguay vs France  (0-1)
Brazil vs Belgium    (2-1)
Sweden vs England (1-0)
Russia vs Croatia     (1-1) Russia to win on penalties

You aren't Portugal if you bet on Uruguay. smile

One thing is what we wish, the other different thing is what we think it will happen. For instance, would it be logical to bet on Argentina against France just because they have Messi, who is joined by average team-mates as Armani, Rojo, Tagliafico, Banega and so on? I personally don't think so.
After all, my prediction was right as Uruguay went through, because their effectiveness in front of goal proved to be vital in this match.

This was an awful game to watch, one of the worst referee performances i've ever seen on a World Cup. Ronaldo is a fucking asshole, a cheater, he should be ashamed of cheating the football fans.
Iran did well, fought hard until the end and deserved a little bit more, perhaps. Credit to them, ABAS you should be proud of your national team and players, played well as underdogs in every match.
About the game, what i have to say? It's just about a referee and all his ridiculous decisions. Now we have Spain v Russia, where i suppose the Spaniards will prove too strong for the host nation.
In relation to the other match, Portugal v Uruguay, i predict a very tight game and a very hard one for the referee, maybe the south americans have more experience in these stages of World Cups and it can be a small advantage.

Yesterday Germany vs Sweden was a great game to watch, great first-half display from Sweden but in the second half, Germany took control, created (and missed) a lot of chances and their persistence was rewarded with a fully deserved goal in the dying minutes of the game.
Germans must stick with a good lineup if they want to win without suffering, instead of changing players, they should drop Muller and Draxler, put Reus and Brandt as starters and Goretzka in the middle instead of Khedira, just like this. Neuer;Kimmich,Hummels,Boateng,Hector; Kroos,Gundogan,Goretzka;Reus,Brandt;Werner

I sincerelly think Iran has got some chances of winning the last match and going through. Just play your game, as they did against Morocco and Spain and obviously take the chances on counter-attacks, set pieces or long throw-ins.
Portugal's game is always the same, boring and boring football, defending well and when attacking, their players just whip crosses and crosses into the penalty box for Ronaldo and waiting for some moments of luck, that's why they always get draws or narrow wins against lower opposition.
Look out with their divers, players as Ronaldo, Joao Mario, Joao Moutinho and Pepe are really good actors like Neymar, they seem more worried in winning fouls than playing football.
Looking forward to the competition, in the last 16 some prefer Russia, i'd rather choose Russia to Uruguay, the south americans look like Atletico Madrid, strong defenders, aggressive midfielders and lethal strikers. Besides being a boring team to watch, they'll prove a much tougher opposition.

Hi guys. My prediction is the same as in Brazil2014. Germany will come out on top as double World Champions. This time, i guess they will beat Brazil in the final with a narrow win, like against Argentina four years ago.
Just a guess. What's yours? An European or a South American team to win?
