I can see where you coming from, and I just hope you understand I do see the error in taxiing, I was just rushing to get into planes and in doing so I did waste resources moving the sherman and unfairly getting to the plane quicker. I said it in a previous post and I do mean it I learned my lessons don't intent on doing it again.
Well ok then, there isn't much else I can say at this point. I made a mistake, even agreed I should still be punished with a 1 day band, and I never said it was OK for me to be taxiing... I am not sitting here trying to justify it at all. I literally was confused on the ban originally so i appealed and then thanked you once you explained it, I really don't get why this has turned into this.
How is my apologizing for making a mistake turned into me being dishonest? I was genuinely apologizing for just making a mistake, and I was in no way whatsoever asking for my 1 day ban to be removed, Once PitViper explained it I understood the mistake and was totally expecting of the punishment. If I was argumentative and saying I should not have been given that 1 day ban I can understand, but I appealed because I was legitimately ignorant to the taxiing rule. Now it may seem dumb to you guys that I was unaware with how much time I've played on the server, but sometimes people just don't notice things, I was at the point in which I thought I was fully aware of the rules and had not been paying nearly as much attention to the messages on the sides. I hope you guys can realize your kinda of going after the wrong guy here, I made a mistake out of ignorance of the rule, and I am still admitting ignorance of the rule is no excuse and that my 1 day was totally acceptable. I have no reason to be dishonest, If I had know replying to say thank you for clarifying the rules would have lead to you concluding I was being dishonest I would have avoided responding all together. I hope you guys see I'm really just trying to be legit with yall.
Thank you, I was so confused, thought the taxiing was referring to the way I drove the plane, but I get it now, Ill make sure not to use the vehicles to get to planes unfairly anymore. It was a legit mistake, wouldn't have done it if I had know I was braking that rule

To explain, I was starting a game on Market Garden and got into the pilot of the bomber, then as I was just beginning to pick up off the ground and turn I was banned for taxiing a plane, which to be completely honest seems uncalled for since I was not taxiing at all but just taking off. I really enjoy playing BF 1942 and this was my favorite server, I'm really hoping I can be un-banned since I truly do not know why I was banned in the first place. Also I have logged over 120 hours of game play on this server so I've been committed to this server and I know the rules well and never would have done anything to ban myself. I hope you can find my appeal understandable.
