The olde "Crawl in the wall" trick Im guessing....
BF2...hated the spawn campers on some maps, loved throwing the Blackhawks around...but the jumping just pissed me off as you spent most of the time in CQB shooting feet!
Happy birthday!
This explains a LOT of the differences.
The Spitfire was based on a racing plane, and its designer never saw it go into service. The 109 started as a racing plane. The interesting thing is,the 20mm cannon the 109 had through the prop shaft didnt have a high velocity at all,but packed a thump.

Hello and welcome.
I just got banned from SiMPLE USA. First they kicked me for disrupting gameplay (which I most certainly didn't do), then when I asked ''why was I kicked?'', I got banned. Any explanation?
Most likely admins there can't stand a beating which was so obvious. Since my score was like 55-2 and I spawntrapped an admin.
Nick: Wrekonize
Plane whore with that score?
Anyways, the USA server is one of the best policed servers I have ever played on...you never came across Swoopette have you (A blast from the past for the kiwi's and Aussies)
Now after reading all this and been involved in Australasian comps in the hey day at clan level,I can say only one thing.
If you seriously need to hack to get jollies in this game, you need tweezers to wank.
I mean compared to BF2 & BF3,this is harder as it has no bling. But if you're so worried about that score and K/D rate,do us all favor and fk off to a more skilless game, and give those who want to battle ping,a decade old game, exploding vehicles and random bugs, some fun.
I mean seriously,if you want to go hack,go to Moongamers or the other moronic server that its name eludes me,that is rife with BS,hackers, and ego strokers, and have a ball....oh wait, you may have a problem...you lack skills if you need to hack.
I have seen enough no fog /show tag hacking ( hence why I sometimes ask the question, how the fk did you know I was there...)to know whats BS and what isnt.
I used to play a lot of L4D2,and one player seemed "Too good",and proved it.It cost his clan a comp as the lot were banned.
It was a console command, and the argument was was it a hack,or a tweak. It was deemed a hack as it was a modification of the game.
As for the BF1942 GA cup,it was only caught once,as it was the players that policed the servers....and the punishment was global ban via PB.
But as for the L4D2.....the so called tweak....or is it a hack?
It was patched only a few months later.....
Sunshine, if I were an American, I would have voted for Clinton or Trump, doesn't really matter, but they should have promised to adopt the metric system in the United States.
Good point! It was the yanks who made everyone else use it!
Worth a watch.
Interesting to note how EA gobbled up Dice and changed the way the game played.
With BF1 coming out,it is only because one of the original developers is back at Dice,so it could be interesting as it is going back old school style.
I can still remember downloading the Beta, and paying $70 NZD for the game.I still have the discs
Another blast from the past.
A heap of Kiwi clans stunting it up.
Thanks for posting that. I can only imagine the hours of work.
The "bouncing bridge" lololol
I think is the bugs that make BF1942 so damned fun........like this one.
...
There are 3 files which need adminrights and compatibility mode.
Bf1942.exe
Blackscreen.exe
PnkBstrA.exe
...
hmm I wrote this post allready once (as others), but they all disapeard.
...
Ahhhh...blackscreen shat itself last night during map change.

The CF stands for "Crash Fix" it is a windows 7 crash fix.
Kaspersky pitched a fit when I installed it!
Okay, I skimmed through here and Im sure I didnt see this.
To "add buddy" in game ,hit the ~ key and type ab (whatever your number is on the scoreboard).
Handy on bot filled mayhem servers or just add yourself so you can see exactly where you are in relation to vanishing arrows as you are green compared to the standard blue or red.
To remove "buddy",just type: rb ( and number )
*Notes captured M4*
Anyway,no politics.

Yeah, sorry about the FB link but Gametrailers is no more
So I uploaded it a long time back in case my comp died again as it has in the past ( To much BF1942 )
I re-post this part from another post because I have the impression that a lot of players are neglecting the sound as a very important means for situational awareness.
With decent sound hardware and proper settings the sound is a very effective way to detect and locate targets and events. First of all, with a decent sound card and good separation of the left and right sound channels (like with headphones) you can very precisely determine the direction of a sound source. Secondly, in Sound.con in the profile settings dir there is a command Sound.setRolloffFactor, by default set to 1. It takes a float value as an argument. It affects how quickly the sound volume goes down with distance. If you set it to 0 the sound of a vehicle going away from you will have a constant loudness until it goes beyond certain distances defined in the vehicle's sound scripts. You will be able to clearly hear things from a great range, so clearly in fact, that the overwhelming auditory stimuli will make it feel like every enemy is right next to you and shooting at you. Your will only get limited distance cues from the parameters defined in the sound scripts. If you set Sound.setRolloffFactor to an intermediate value, say 0.4, you will be able to estimate a sound source's distance from its volume while keeping a good range of hearing. When you determine a source's direction and distance, you know its approximate location. If you follow all advice above and get some experience you will be able to quickly make pretty good approximations in your head.
Really? I just use a headset and can tell what weapons are what, and what tanks are what...how do you think I sneak out and tear them a new freckle....
Was done a lifetime ago after a drunken suggestion on teamspeak.
It took weeks to do due to the stunt hiccups as limits were pushed that others had failed to even try/
Two were made, and due to a codec issue, only one came out.
Majority of it is done on standard server settings, and the plane zooking in game.
Enjoy,as we had one hell of a ball making it
Watch in HD or you wont see the guys exiting the planes and re-entering
