Hey i was entering simple fra. i noticed there were no spawnpoints so i was on my phone for a bit. When i noticed a differend music i watch to the screen and see '' Banned''. Its happend just 1 minute ago.
i think someone banned me by accident?

This is so unreadable to me. Please Merling, why dont you get it? Just play in our beloved server, have fun and kick ass. You must be one of the best pilots there is in the game. If you get teamkilled or whatever, just say so and we'll look after... most of the time there are plenty admins online. But you alway's need to use and ridicilous amount of bad language, admins (as i can speak for myself) dont want to help you anymore because of this.

as peviously mentioned is vote for a perm ban on server and forum if you dont adapt your behaviour to ours. I have had waaay more chances then any other banned person i have ever known.

I was indeed banned for sleeping on a Berlin's roof, I blew up a car with my mp40 to reach it. I did it hundreds of time, didnt knew it was such a bad thing to do.. Up there, I mostly admire the fight from a peacefull spot with a nice view, answer shootfires of dudes who spot me, and shoot few pistol bullets in lonely snipers to see what they do (you'll be surprised..).
You run pretty quick out of amo up there - it is not a killing spot. No bad Intentions, I'm sorry if some tought so.
Casca made a lovely portrait, almost everything is true except, I'm no legend. A legendary noob and a climber, at most !Bumba, sharp your knife already, we have time to catch up. When i'll see you, I'll jump around you from excitement, I'm not sure I'll be able to stop - Casca may jump too, it is ok.

My answer stilll is "no". If he did something to get a perm-ban, than the Admin in case would have his reason. Case closed. Let's wait for the Admin who was in charge... or for a "sorry" or at least statement from the perpetrator.

yes indeed, i din't know ARP was banned. I played often with him. Great guy. Even though he might have been caught in a glitch, im sure he has a good reason for it. From my point of view he's a realy honest player, big loss to the server that he isn't around anymore.

3 x minus-score = auto permanent ban

If the admin is intentionaly getting Tk'ed he knows that for sure. If a player reports someone is a teamkiller he doesn't know that for sure, so a warn or kick will be a better option in that case. Abas is a highly respected admin on this server and therefor i respect his action. Maybe the teamkilled has been kicked/warned before? a temporarily ban then is a good descision.

I'm sorry for all this rage and also insults. My trolling actions are much less than you guess (3-4 hours a week, if I'm not too busy), and mostly against the most hated not-troll-player of the server: Maj.MerliN. Very barely I troll someone else, very barely I troll nice people.
Once again: I was a cheater in the past, but I stopped some months ago.
I don't believe that my troll soul is directly linked to the quality of my social life (it isn't so bad); I consider myself a pretty nice person, but there's a part of me that draws pleasure when griefing someone in particular. For example, on Oz Wake server I'm not banned and I play normally and with fun. On Simple, there's Maj Merlin...

Hey mate, I'm trolling the server and his players because I'm permanently banned, and I'm forced to use VPN that make me lag so I can't play normally but surely I can harass someone. Furthermore, I was permabanned not for cheating (I was sincere when I said that I'm clean now), but only for a little harassment and troublemaking.
