France rtr/sw Script Kiddie

There is a user that is using scripts, by the consensus of the players in the server. He was being very hostile towards the other players. Just letting you guys know. I love the rtr/sw server!

Script kiddies can't hang with regular players that spend the time and energy to do it right.  They have to cheat because otherwise they could not compete. 
How does a generic report of a nameless player help us in any way?

He was playing today and yesterday under the name "Bruno".  He's used other names in the past, always just one name.  He flies around and can clearly see people in bunkers, houses.  He also responded to me even though I was speaking in team chat.  He seems smart enough to not show up if there's an admin about.
