Banned for disabling but not even a TK ???

When a  "team player" jumps into the vehicle and makes it so I am unable to operate it and won't get out I hit him twice to disable his use. Apparently this is not allowed??? I want that type of behavior banned. I get shot and blown up and see no bans going on. The idea I was banned for not even a Team Kill is pathetic over kill by an admin. who did this just a few minutes ago.  Loser administrator who would ban without  seeing why the guy was hit by me. We were losing and this guy jumps in to take over? No way is that acceptable behavior.

Not to be contrarian, but do you see how your tone comes off on your complaint to a "free as in air server"?  And there are also a fair amount of "bots" on this server, who won't listen.

I find it strange that you consider disabling a vehicle as acceptable behaviour?
What was the name of the player that took your vehicle?
