Ban from Sunshine - no obvious reason

hi there

I was banned, I don't agree, please remove the ban and explain the reason

what happened:
-in el alamein I killed a plane during take off: I was kicked (no objection here), logged in back and never baseraped again
-in ~10 mins I killed Zvaca twice during ~60 secs. He typed "fucking noob". I replied "shut up nigger"
-I got a ban w/o a warning, nothing happened to Zvaca

please remove the ban and explain why it was me who was banned and not Zvaca

Your language wasn't the sole reason why you were banned. Multiple base rapes even after being warned and even kicked for it. This isn't the first time you have done such things. This pattern of not following the rules must stop. I admit, I didn't see Zvaca call you that, but that is no reason to use such language back at them.

You've taken a good step coming here and trying to explain your actions and I commend you for it. I'll ask one of the higher ups to remove the ban.

Your ban surprised me too. Anyway as I already have pointed out to Sunshine in the game after your kick/probation, it was my bad. Just got angry about let kill myself twice so mindless. I just could not hold my nerves and insulted you first with "f*cking noob" and your reaction was just justified thing then. So your ban looks unnecessary and this issue is falling on my head. My reaction to you was really pointless, so let me just apologize for it here and end this disagreement.

Sunshine´s just trying keep an order on that server as best as he can, so it´s not his fault, that mine respond stayed unnotice (especially when "noob here, noob there, noobbailer and so on" occasionally occur in chat from anyone).  And as for me I will learn more to respect actions of other players properly without similar aggression to the future.
