Banned for false accusation

Hi there,
       A day or two ago I was banned for cheating which i didn't really commit SiMPLE BF1942 [FRA] Server. Probably a bug made me fall through a wall and immediately got banned for cheating. Only started playing this game since two or three months. I would never cheat. I was playing as Rex.
Thanks if i get unbanned.

Yes I remember, you were inside the wall of a house on map stalingrad. And you continued playing from there, actually you teamkilled from there, any idea why you did it?
I am fine with unbanning you if this won't happen again.

Yes you are right. I didn't do that glitch on purpose. It was by accident. I was in there for not more than a few seconds. And for the teammate I killed form in there was indeed on purpose. I mourn his death though i admit i enjoyed it a little bit. But i think the banning punishment was very harsh and without taking my testimony.

And I think that is very harsh saying things like "banned for false accusation", considering that you know to be in the wrong.

I was banned for cheating which i did not do on purpose atleast. I could have just gotten kicked for killing a teammate but instead i was banned for glitching or cheating. Hence i said it was harsh. I did not do that glitch thing on purpose so it's technically the game's fault not mine.

Normally a glitch is a perm ban according to rules (even if it's purpose or not purpose)
In my opinion this rule is too harsh here or on the others servers, personally it will be better 1 week or 1 month in first, and if the player restart, it's a perm ban.

Yes I lit up candles n stuff too for the poor guy. I'm having nightmares every day of that unfortunate incident.
