What's that ?

We can't grow much here so we need things that can grow in cold areas. So specific types of blueberries, raspberries, etc. are able to grow quite well. Just south of here is huge cranberry marshes. They were almost wiped out by the polar vortex thing, but prevailed!

I find all these sanctions stupid. When U. S. and all the dependent countries bitching with sanctions on Russia, people here don't feel how does it affect on them but they think we should bitch with sanctions back.

I don't know if we feel any of the sanctions here either. I think it's more words of the different leaders than anything else :-/

I believe Putin has called this on himselve.
He is more dependent on the western world than they are on him.

In my opinion the allied forces should have listen to Patton in '45.
I think a lot of this shit wouldn't have happend.

Unfortunately, approving his quotes could only characterise you as an imbecile because it's not a proper person to quote. I have studied a lot about WWII during the university years and, of course, I heard of his statements. I could discard his statement about "Asian barbarians" as a nonsense due to his standards of knowledge in ethnography and historical geography, but the statement about "sons of bitches and drunks that should be killed" is beyond the limits of common sense and humanity. He said this after the Elbe day when there were no presuppositions of any Cold war afterwards. I also heard of what he said about Jews, comparing them with animals and I know what he said about people of the other nationalities.

Of course, you won't. It does affect on some countries like Poland, Latvia etc. And about leaders... I would like to see them fighting in the cage by the rules of UFC. It will be more sensible than all these stupid sanctions from both sides.

The farm I live on is primarily dairy, wheat, and cold hardy berries and feed for local. But our other farm land do have a lot of other things we normally export to a group that sends it to different countries. So does this mean we have to send some stuff not to Russia? We send a lot of wheat, soybeans, cherries, and dairy over there I think.

Is your produce gm? I'm pretty sure Russia banned the import of gm food a while ago.

I've heard about a spotter plane entering russian airspace some weeks ago on the baltic sea, but the fled when you recognized that some fighterjet went for them. Today i read that around 16 russian military planes/ bombers entered american airspace near alaska in the last 10 days.

Ah, it's quite a usual thing when both sides bitching with weapons. It was a U. S. spy plane and this plane went from Russia to Sweden without Swedish permission to prevent being shot. Of course, I heard of these bombers but it's also a usual thing when they fly sometimes over Alaska or California. USA is bitching with ships in the Black Sea and rockets in Poland, Russia is bitching with bombers and sometimes with submarines... Nothing new.
