Can someone explain to me what this sentence means?

Hey dudes, I've got a littla problem here . I am still learning English, so I don't understand everything yet. Can someone explain what "I won't do the house, unless you help me" means? Thanks

Not much context but it sounds like it relates to chores/cleaning. Saying something along the lines of I won't clean the house unless you help me.
