Forgotten Hope under Windows 7

Can someone give me an install instruction for FH under Windows 7? How to get it running etc.

Install the mod, download this archive http://www.moddb.com/mods/fhrmod/downlo … tch-for-fh, install a fix from "Compatibility FIX for FH 0.7" folder and you're done

I´ll try that. Some other issue i was playing a minute ago and have massive ping jumps. But if i ping the server everything is just fine. Anyone else experiencing this?

Did you check the task manager? I mean right click of bf42.exe, then "Chip zuordnen" or something then change from 1 to 2.

I hade also a jumping ping and solved it like this. But you have to change it before every round.

Didn't find it right now what i searched, but i am sure you will find something on www.bf-league.eu.

Ping problem solved.

But now i get kicked for "service abnormality" on pb servers.

The only thing i did today was installing FH and the Win7 Patch for it.

Help.

Zody, once again: try pbsvc.exe

No, Karl, PB is ok.
"Service abnormality" error usually caused by Win 98/Me compatibility mode for BF1942.exe. Zody, what Win7 patch did you install - which I gave you or BF1942CF.exe?
