Files are different from server

I bought a new pc and installed everything again, yesterday.

Was also able to play all night long on server but right now I get kicked all the time. Map is loading and after loading, I get back to bf main menu and get an error message.

Files are different from server?!

I installed also the punkbuster client which we can download here? Any ideas?

Go to your <BF1942 dir>Modsf1942Archivesf1942levels folder and delete any subfolder or any file that has not .rfa extension. It should only contain .rfa files, your map files.

Nothing helped. I didn't have any subfolder in my level folder.all maps end with .rfa...

I installed also what you posted but nothing helped. I am curious because yesterday I was able to play without any probs? Did you enable pb, today?

PS: i can join ttb for an example?°!

PS 2: tried to enter some pb servers but get the same info. Is pb maybe corrupted? How can I do new fresh pb installation?

Afaik "data differs from server" message is connected with game files only, not with PB.
Maybe it's caused by new version of widescreen patch? But I tested it and there were no problems... Have you played at least once on any server after you installed it?

Sunny. Thought the same and I am ashamed

When I replaced some files for widescreen patch today, I overwrote xpack1+2 folders xD

That was the prob xD thanks anyway for help
