Cant join to server with WiFi, but can with Mobile Internet

Hello everyone!

When i try to join server, i see this message: Error "Can't join to server". Seems like my IP is banned, or i dont know. How do i can chek it? However i didnt done bannable things. Maybe another user with same IP? Right now i play thru Mobile Internet and its very hard to play due high ping.
