Ban for no reason.

Player name - blu2eyes.
Date and time of ban - 12.10.2023, approximately at 17:00 (05.00 PM).
Server name - SiMPLE | BF1942.
I logged into the server for the first time, so I couldn’t break the server rules. Get banned while the server is loading.

Hi, did you use nickname alexey in past? We cant really find nickname "blu2eyes" in ban list.

I asked you if you used nickname "alexey" in past. There is no player named "blu2eyes" in ban list so we don't know how to help you if you don't give us more info as we can't identify you at the moment. A player that could match with you that we know is banned used nickname "alexey". Hence my question - are you him? Or if not, which other nicknames did you use in this game? Thanks

I understand the question.
I have not used the nickname “alexey” before.
I downloaded BF 1942 and only played the single player campaign and, literally, a couple of days ago I decided to go into multiplayer to play with other players.
I log into the moongamer server without problems, but there is a high ping (higher than on the SiMPLE server).

Okay Zatoichi, everything is clear with you.
The question remains relevant. How can I log into the SiMPLE BF 1946 server if when I log into the server the “You are banned” sign pops up.

We still cannot identify you in our player base. You will receive a private message soon so we can find out the reason you result banned.

Apparently you're using a public key which seems to be banned on our servers, quite  a common issue especially if you use Origin version of bf 1942 installer. I've sent you a private message to help and solve this problem.
