I get "CD Key in Use" all the time

Hello to all!

Half a year ago, i played one game on my laptop. Second time. "CD Key Use"
Now I got BF42 running on my desktop again.
First game all ok. Second game "CD Key in Use"
Tried all of my 3 legitimate keys then. None is working.
This only occurs on Simple.
Today I turned out PB. Came in one time. Half an our later, same problem "CD Key in Use"
Anybody any idea?

This happend after a crash?

If, then wait 20 seconds before you join again. (Perhaps 25?)

This problem still persists!! theres a old thread you can look out for. It's not allowing me to post any links or else i couldve shared it myself
