High ping

Heya all, since weeks my ping has reached 408 and even more till server kicks me for "high ping" (my average is 260), only in SIMPLE servers, others servers are fine to me. Any fix?

If you reconnect, sometimes you can get your "lower" ping again. Really weird.

What I noticed is recently when I connect, in a few mins there sis a ping spike for 10 sec and then it flows normally. Like somekind of checkpoint - mandatory ping spike at beginning of the game.
