He's still freely accusing of cheating, hacking and bs, yet not a single proof, screenshot nor video of it.
He use the in-game console to pop in abusive messages and disconnect, you can see some of those messages.

SIMPLE RULES:
-Please do not disturb other player's gameplay with excessive messages.
-Excessive swearing is not allowed. Please do not insult other players.
-Please be friendly in chat.
-Pure aggression and bullying in game chat to offend or spark a reaction will not be tolerated.
It's not recommended to discuss politics in game chat. You can have whatever political views but  gaming server is not the right place to express them. Players who open such discussions and/or heat them with specific purpose to troll, provoke, trigger or bully other players will be sanctioned.

What to do in case of  suspicious activity:
-please inform the admins via private messages, trough forum or discord
- if possible, please produce a screenshot or a video to help investigation
- don't make public accusations of cheating,  especially without solid proofs.

Hope someone take care of this.

I told the truth about nameless, and someone asked me, saying wheres your friend but I always considered him an enemy, given living in Putin's ruZZia already had him well under the spell, and I also warned him where he was working at the time, was more of a Ukrainian proxy state, and that he could still get himself out, that  there was no loss of face, or honor, that he would in fact be doing a great service to his country, not to fight, or even to be on the right side of history, rather than the wrong one, his lifelong brainwashing by the state of that maniac, has culminated in his death recently as I understand it, the only thing im really upset about, is that I will never get to settle the score in dogfights with that cheap, mainbase running, other planes help calling, always afraid to fair 1 v 1 likely map hacker

As to the rest of it, there is far more going on afoot here as I have ever said, if the admins just hide themselves for a number of days and watch the main players, who attacks them, how, tk trolls, loss of connection and timing of that, I deal with exponentially a far greater amount of sabotage, harassment, abuse than I actually dish out, more provocation based than anything else, and you still have it out for me on a personal note, at any time you could silence me with ignore, you never do, I have to put lots of people on ignore per game, such is the way of things.

have always had the scope of suspicion on them for obvious reasons,
when I see self turning around when im actually beyond his camera angles to look at me as counter for a rear zook, and is no fng way possible to see the trench at that distance, as well as seeing ppls location inside a trench, no name read, but where they went even in a matter of corners, with no tell, I maintain that with observation of them and other such persons, then all shall be revealed, I dont say it just to anyone or baselessly, nor do other vets.

A few of the screenshots you posted are not what I *personally* would consider to be rule violations. Telling someone "SIT" or "you suck" and name calling like "loser" and "coward" and stuff like that... that's trash talking. Every online game is going to have it so it's not ALWAYS a big deal.

However, the way Merlin often uses such words are in away that I have mentioned in the past... his nonstop chastising and general berating of players is not needed, regardless of what he may think. The constant condescending and patronizing comments towards players (and admins) who he views as "inferior" or whatever word he chooses to use has been going on for many years. He is violating multiple rules.

The constant hackusations where he doesn't provide any proof and is just willing to throw allegations around freely... that's spam.
His conspiracy theories regarding people being given "inside info" about where he is or attacking his connection or whatever he comes up with... that's spam.
Attacking people for using a vehicle he wants... that's spam.
