Ban Zincha

Hi.

Today user Zincha did a lot of rocket main base attack when our planes were still at the main base.

When I made repeated warnings, he used obscene language towards me.

He is already known tk-er and dirty mouth player. Short checking logs can confirm this.

Today on Hellenboorn he was also stacking to be red (for natter) and teamkilled.
And it wasnt the first time i saw him stacking, tk,...

Please give him a big break.
