ban appeal

Hi Mods,
I was getting hit by flak from the rearmost AA gun in the main Allied base (Peenemünde). I thought that I could attack AA guns that had been engaging me.  I'm not sure if there was a gunner seated at the very moment that I fired, but I had been getting hit repeatedly from the same spot and decided to neutralize it. I hit the gun, the guy who had shot at me repeatedly, and a few bystanders with a salvo of two missiles from the HO229.  If this is against the rules, I'm sorry for breaching them. I try my best to adhere to the rules.
But I wonder why I wasn't  warned of my infraction or  warned and kicked, rather than instantaneously banned.

Hi bordahal,

the long strory -short : you were baseraping with HO229 repeatly and among other you hit the the AA
i was watching you and the other in natter '3tray' for a while and got killed a few times by  you two.

... HO229.  If this is against the rules, I'm sorry for breaching them. I try my best to adhere to the rules.

bordahal, you know the rule and i ve seen you the last week on server, thats why.

Doesn't matter ,  your ban is lifted  -   make sure u follow the rules ,even if it feels that there is no admin around !

If a Mainbase FlakGun is shooting at you, you are allowed to take it out, yes.

Perhaps a bit difficult to avoid CollateralDamage, but by following the rules its allowed.
