Ban removal request for BGSQ

- Date and time you were banned. 14th of Feb, time is N/A
- Server name. - SiMPLE | BF1942 [FRA]

I was banned for a team kill (I assume). But if it's so, it was a single case of accidental team kill just when the game started. Can the ban be removed?
I was banned for another reason, I'd appreciate if it can be named.
